About the Play
The Play That Goes Wrong is a side-splitting comedy that has entertained audiences worldwide. It's a play within a play, following the Cornley Polytechnic Drama Society as they attempt to stage a 1920s murder mystery. Despite their best efforts, everything that can go wrong does go wrong, resulting in a chaotic and hilarious experience for all.

STAGE NOTE
The big dramatic moment in a show that builds and builds only to have your lead forget their lines, while the lighting technician had to “finally let one rip”, and the director is silently crying while losing their lunch. The One Act Play That Goes Wrong is a play that every actor wishes never happens on show night… but we do this on purpose! When something goes wrong, don’t feel bad!
