Over the 4 years that I have been at Union High School, I have done many things. Being in the school musical though was not what I exactly had expected. I was a varsity football player for 3 out of my 4 years in high school along with being on the golf team for 2 years. I have been a member of the chamber choir since my sophomore year. I have gone to district choir once. I have been part of the 4 rivers conference choir the last 3 years and I have never been so excited for a new chapter of my high school career. By taking the lead role of this year's musical Shrek I was very excited to overcome the challenges in order to perform at the best of my ability considering that this is my first time doing anything in the theatre department. I love going to the Fox and watching the musicals and I love to fish with friends on weekends. And my favorite thing to do is sing.

If you were to tell Little Lorelei that she would be on the UHS stage where she saw all of her idols perform, she wouldn’t believe you. I always thought they were so cool, and I could never imagine myself up on that stage. Yet here I am, my final performance of my high school career, playing one of the BEST roles I’ve ever been had. It has been such a wild ride and I’ve had incredible experiences, from my very first role to being a state officer. I couldn’t be more grateful! I’ve met the most amazing people who I never would’ve met without the opportunities I’ve gotten, you know who you are, and I’ve learned a lot about myself and my passions. I’ve had the chance to work on over 20 shows these past four years, 14 of which were performed on this stage. None of that would’ve been possible without the support of my parents, Liberty and Mark. Thank you for all of the rides to and from rehearsal, and all of the love and support you’ve given me. I love you guys <3

This is my first ever show in high school, and oh my goodness totally happy I decided to do it, and I also regret not joining theatre sooner. In Shrek the Musical I am Papa Ogre, Papa Bear, and I am Knight #3. Being in theatre the short time that I have been in it has totally opened my eyes more and I have definitely come out of my shell more. I want to thank Kohen Widemann and Lucas Madden for pushing me to try out for the musical, and I'm sincerely thankful for them because they've helped me as well as the other experienced actors and technicians with other questions that I may have.
