Emet enjoyed drama this year and was in several of the eighth grade skits. His favorite experiences were in drama class with Mr. Du. Emet's favorite Veritas memory is the class trip to London, and doing all of the many cool things together as a class. It was a once in a lifetime trip. Emet will be attending Energy STEM.
Angel Ayala

Angel participated in her fourth grade play and as practice for Peter Pan, she had roles in several small skits. She has been in band for four years. Angel's favorite memory at Veritas was at Carolina Creek when the giant swing wouldn't drop because she, Regina, and Sarah, couldn't tug the rope to release the swing to drop. Angel will be attending Carnegie Vanguard High School.
Sarah Ayala

Sarah was in our fourth grade Christmas play, sang for last year's graduation, and was in the Christmas program this year. Her favorite memory from Veritas is being a part of her eighth grade class and getting to know each one of her classmates. There are many memories - trips, funny moments, times together - that she will never forget. Sarah will be attending Bellaire High School.
Lily Jaques

Lily loves acting because you can pretend to be any personality and no one can judge you negatively. Her favorite memory was during a rehearsal when Samir said, "...mairies and fermaids..." instead of fairies and mermaids. Lily is honored to have received the role of Wendy. She will be attending Houston Christian High School.
Samir Lahoud

Samir has been acting since he was in the fifth grade. He has taken summer acting courses several times. Now, as Peter Pan, his acting talent is being fully utilized! Samir's favorite Veritas memory was the last night of the London trip when everyone had free time to explore London. It was a memorable trip he will never forget. Samir will be attending Dulles High School.
