Kate Veak

as Leading Player

Kate is thrilled to be playing her dream role in Pippin! Favorite roles include Anita in West Side Story (VACT), and the Witch in Into the Woods (VAHS). She would like to thank her family for their support, vocal coach Gail Becker, the wonderful cast and crew, and her amazing mom for helping her practice in the garage!
Derek Argall

as Pippin

Derek Argall (Pippin) is ecstatic to be part of his first VAHS production, "Pippin." Some of Derek's favorite past roles include Action in "West Side Story," Billy in "Anything Goes," and Tevye in "Fiddler On the Roof." Derek is also a member of the Overture Centers "Tommy Ensemble" and a student of CTM's "Actors Academy." Derek would like to thank his parents and siblings for their unwavering love and support.
Asiah Doyle

as King Charlemagne

Asiah Doyle is an 18 year old aspiring artist. He's enjoyed being an actor since he was 9 years old, as well as learning and playing many different instruments. He is currently a senior here at VAHS, and is looking to major in the arts in college. In his free time, he very much enjoys writing music, spending time with his friends and family, and finding new ways to create. Asiah would love to give thanks to his family, his closest friends, and all who have shown their love and support for him over the years.
Caulden Parkel

as Lewis

Caulden is very excited to be playing Lewis in this show. Some of his favorite roles include the title roles in Fair Verona Shakespeare Company's Hamlet (2016), and Romeo and Juliet (2017), Sir Toby Belch in Young Shakespeare Players' Twelfth Night (2017). Caulden is undecided on where he'll go to college, but hopes to get his Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dramatic Acting and continue to pursue acting as a career someday. Caulden would like to thank his wonderful parents for supporting him in life, and encourages all young people in the audience to follow their dreams, wherever they lead.
