    is delighted to be making his acting debut in his role with Metro's Verve Community Theatre. He has assisted directors with high school productions, but will be on the stage for the first time in "The Pirate Bride". Thanks to the crew, cast, and director for making this a grand time!

    is excited to be a part of Verve Community Theater. He has had the honor and pleasure of performing around Central Florida in several different capacities, The Theater Downtown's production of 'A Christmas Carol' - Fred, Young Scrooge, Annunciation Catholic Church Choir and enjoys performing in any capacity whenever possible. Thanks to our passionate and hardworking director, cast & crew.

    as Roger Thornwood, Captain of The Wild Swan ship

    is proud to be working with Verve Theatre at Metro Church. He has helped Brigitte Hill lead the ministry for several years now and loves serving both the church and community through the creative avenue of drama. Previous roles include Joey the Fist and Danny from Retrospect (a Verve original played in 2009), and The Shepherd from 'Tis The Season played in 2011.

    began acting at 10 years old and enjoys squeezing it in when he's not skateboarding, most recently appearing as Young Scrooge in "A Christmas Carol" at Theatre Downtown. Other roles at Theatre Downtown include Peter Cratchit in "A Christmas Carol" and Winfield Joad in "The Grapes of Wrath." He won an award for "Best Student Performance in a Play" as Tommy in "Monsters on Elm Street" at Breakthrough Theatre and began his acting career as Wally Webb in "Our Town" at Osceola Center for the Arts.

    Jerry Smith

    as Mate, The Wild Swan ship

    is back for his second production with Verve. He had a tremendous amount of fun playing an announcer in Verve's 2014 production, "WVRV Radio Hour". He has been in a number of College and Church productions over the years and has really enjoyed the professionalism of the Verve actors. Jerry is an insurance consultant and a professional storyteller and is glad to be a part of this fine group.
