Michael Teer Executive Director
Michael has been an active volunteer & employee for 22+ years with Theatre Victoria. Active with TV's Youth programs, he helped to develop camps & workshops for kids & young adults. He is a graduate of Stephen F. Austin State University, with a BFA in Theatre Performance. After college, he worked for Beechwood Theatre Company in Newport, RI. living in 1890, 7 days a week.

Felicia Boyd Company Manager
Felicia Boyd is a native of Victoria, she attended Texas A&M Kingsville, where she studied Theatre. Felicia is a long-time volunteer of Theatre Victoria, both on and off stage. She currently teaches Theatre and Choir at STJ. When not at the theatre, she is a busy mom to her three beautiful girls.

Woodrow Wilson Wagner II - President
Woodrow was born & raised in Victoria, TX. After teaching at various colleges & universities, Woodrow returned in 2018 to work for UHV as the Director of Strengthening Institution Programs & Lecturer of Communication & Political Science. He is an active parishioner at Holy Family & serves as Chairman of the Victoria County Democratic Party

Julie McClellen - Secretary
Julie is a 2005 graduate of the University of Houston with a bachelor's degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management.As a Victoria native, she left for 12 years while working for the Four Seasons hotel company. Her own business, Sweet As Can Be Bakery, brought her back home to Victoria. She is married to her best friend, Kenton, & mom to their English Bulldogs, Dozer & Diesel.

Amanda Urbano - Vice President of Development
Amanda has worked with Theatre Victoria for 20+ years. She has held many roles in TV; She's worked on 100+ shows & has served as the T3 co-camp Director. Amanda is the Technical Director for VBT, & owns Amanda Rocha Urbano - Event Management Co. She & her husband are proud parents of Elias, Ollie, Caleb & Maddie
