Everything that happens tonight is because of the grace of God. There are so many people to thank because this show is filled from beginning to end with talent. I want to thank Camryn, for being my better half during this crazy show process, Michelle, for building anything and everything and never complaining, and Sophia, for picking up slack and oddball jobs.
Everything that could stop this show from going on has tried to stop these kids from performing but they have been resilient, dedicated rockstars to this show and their castmates. I’m incredibly thankful for each one of them and especially to their parents for allowing me to have them for the summer to put on this incredible production that you’ll see tonight.
I also want to say one final thank you to the VHS administration, custodial crew, alumni, staff, and everyone else who has embraced and loved this program all they way to where it is now. We could not do this without your support!
The show you’re going to see tonight is one about unconventional teaching, questionable motives, but an education that you’ll never forget. Work without passion is pointless. If someone tells you otherwise, stick it to the man!
