  • Tess McHugh head shot

    Tess McHugh

    as Elle Woods

Omigod you guys—Tess is POSITIVELY over the moon not only to be attending Harvard Law School but also to be a part of the WRTC family!! Previously at WRTC: Firebringer (Keeri); When Johnny Came Home (Marge); LOVE/SICK (Kelly/Emily); Uncle Simon’s Funeral (Gram). In addition to WRTC, Tess has been thrilled to perform with so many incredible theatre companies, including Fort Salem Theater, Bennington Theater, Pittsfield Shakespeare in the Park, Creative Action Unlimited, Harbinger Theatre, Bennington Community Theatre, Sand Lake Center for the Arts, Albany Civic Theater, and Williamstown Theatre Festival. Some recent shows: A Midsummer Night’s Dream (Titania); Players (Josie/Anne); Comedy of Errors (Adriana). Love and thanks to my dad—an actual lawyer—who taught me how to argue; and to my mom, who always said I should go to law school. Hey, Mom! I did it! Snuggles and kisses to Winnie and Dali, who have my whole heart but would have wreaked havoc on stage.

  • D. Mark Blank head shot

    D. Mark Blank

    as Emmett Forrest

Mark is proud to be a part of the WRTC family and to be performing alongside this incredible cast! A stage veteran, Mark was most recently seen on stage co-hosting WRTC's Holiday Variety Show and WRTC's Villains Cabaret. "Thanks to Vinny for helping me see what's so special about Emmett. I love you."

  • Danny Lee Townsend head shot

    as Warner Huntington III

Hello, it’s me again. I have been involved in community theatre in Bennington since 2018. This will be my 6th production with WRTC and I’m loving every minute of it. You might have seen me wondering how the grass grows in “Firebringer”, break out a prison and get assaulted by bacon in “Fuddy Meers”, or deal with everyday pains of marriage in “Love/Sick”. This time you will hate me as the idiot boyfriend in ”Legally Blonde the Musical.” I would love to thank my family for letting me go on these adventures.
