Welcome to Studio West’s production of Madagascar Jr. A Musical Adventure! It has been our absolute pleasure working with these students all year and watching them grow into the performers you see on stage today. While some cast members have had experiences with live performance, this is just as many of our students’ first step onto the stage! These students have all stepped out of their comfort zone, worked together as a team and have brought this story to life!

This show may be a silly story of dancing steaks and singing lemurs, but the strength of the story is in the heart! Alex, Marty, Melman and Gloria lead us on a wild adventure of what it looks like to be a true friend and help dreams come true. 

Thank you to all, but especially to the adults in these students’ lives that have made this production possible. Thank you to the parents, guardians and educators that have encouraged and supported these performers to open their eyes to all that they can achieve. Sit back, relax and feel free to “move it, move it” with us as we take you to Madagascar! Enjoy the show!
