Lorinda Van Wyk
Director
Lorinda is completing her first year of the Music Education PhD program at Western University. She was born in South Africa and immigrated to Canada in 2020 where she completed her Masters in Music(Community Music) at Laurier. Lorinda worked as director on Bartram and Hills musical The Theory ofRelativity at Laurier in 2021. She holds an undergrad degree in Musical Theatre and have been involvedin musicals since 2008.

Lee Radovitzky
Producer
Lee is thrilled to be producing Laurier Musical Theatre’s production of Fame: The Musical. Theatre has been a large part of Lee’s life since the age of seven, both on and off stage. Her most recent credentials include Stage Manager for Laurier Musical Theatre’s production of “The Theory of Relativity” and No Strings Theatre’s developmental workshop: “Dario et La Diablesse”. Lee would like to thank the entire production team and cast for their dedication and hard work throughout this show. This production has not been without its challenges, but with a passion for the arts and a love of theatre, the cast and crew of Fame have prevailed. Lee is so grateful for this amazing experience and hopes that everyone watching sees exactly how special this show really is.

Alyssa Firth
Stage Manager
Alyssa is a second-year history major at Laurier University. They are a long-time lover of theatre and are excited to be a part of FAME! Alyssa has a long career in theatre, where they have worked in roles on stage and behind the scenes. Alyssa’s selected acting credits include: Romeo & Juliet, Little Shop of Horrors, and Annie. They have directed multiple One-Act Plays including: Unmurdered, Why Do We Laugh?, and a Macbeth parody. Stage Management credits include: The Tempest. Alyssa would like to thank the cast and crew of the production for their dedication and support for each other. They would also like to thank their friends for supporting them throughout this process. Alyssa has a passion for theatre and although these past few years have seen its ups and downs for the arts they are happy to see what determination, hard work, and perseverance can create.
