Amalie Bethke

as Liana Franklova/Renka

They/Them (Junior) Amalie is trilled to share that this is their 8th show at WHS! Some of their favorite past roles include Mr. Boddy in Clue, Miss Valoosh in Wayside School, and most recently Cowboy Bob in Footloose. When not on stage, you can catch Amalie playing their French Horn and crocheting/knitting while enjoying RuPaul’s Drag Race or SNL with their family.
Noah Bethke

He/Him (Freshman) This is Noah’s second production at Woodbury High School. He also was a part of two musicals at Woodbury Middle School. In his free time he does marching band and hangs out with his friends. Noah is thrilled to be a part of the one-act and hopes you enjoy the show.

She/Her (Sophomore) Ella is honored to be a part of I Never Saw Another Butterfly. Ella has been in many productions, including Woodbury's Footloose, Anything Goes, as well as Ashland Productions’ Side Show, Head Over Heels, and Urinetown. She would like to thank her mother Marcae for being her inspiration and for always being supportive. Enjoy the show!

(Freshman) As Hagan’s second performance for Woodbury High School, he is very excited to tell this story. His first acting experience was last fall as Chuck Cranston in Woodbury’s Footloose. Other things Hagan loves to do outside of theatre is exercise, spend time with family, and write!

(Freshman) This is Mannat’s second show at Woodbury High School and her first time being in a one-act! Mannat has been doing theatre for 2 years and has had so much fun playing characters like Belle in Beauty and the Beast, Evie in Descendants, and Wendy Jo in Footloose. Mannat is so grateful she gets to perform in I Never Saw Another Butterfly; enjoy the performance!
