Thank you for attending tonight's performance of Almost, Maine. This play first appeared on the YHS stage in 2015; it was the first play I directed here. Ever since then, I've been waiting until enough time had passed to do it again. This magical play is such a treasure in the way it explores the different aspects of love; nothing is ever what it seems. I am extremely proud of the cast and crew for fully committing to this show. Thank you to my seniors and Mr. Holzer for their hard work and leadership. Enjoy the show!

It is hard to believe that this is my 21st YHS drama production since the spring of 2012. As always, it is my pleasure to work with the set construction crew and stage hands. These students work quietly behind the scenes to create the magic and move the show smoothly. I have loved working with them, watching them learn how to use tools and seeing them grow in confidence. Please sit back and enjoy tonight's show. Our crew and actors have worked hard to be sure that you are entertained. I want to thank Mrs. Hochstetler for inviting me back and my wife for putting up with my hours away from home.
