Kim Hendrix-Racine
Director
Kim is thrilled to be back working at YAT! She lived and worked for many years in New York, and has performed all over the country. Some favorite roles include: Jennyanydotsin “Cats,” Kate in “Kiss Me, Kate,” Frankie in “Frankie and Johnny at the Clair de Lune,”and Josie in “A Moon for the Misbegotten.” Recently, she portrayed Phyllis in "Follies" at Coronado Playhouse. She also directed "Lion King" at Young Actors' Theatre last year, as well as played Miss Hannigan in “Annie,” Emma Goldman in “Ragtime,” and Donna in "Mamma Mia". She has also done several shows at Off-Broadway Live in Santee the last two seasons. Kim thanks her husband and children for all their support and patience!

Matt Ignacio
Music Director
Matt is a cantor and director of the Youth Choir at St. John of the Cross Catholic Church, where he recently starred as Joseph in the SJC Drama Ministry's production of Joseph & the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat. He is always thrilled to musically direct in YAT productions. He loves being able to work with such talented students. Previous shows include Aladdin, Alice in Wonderland, Bye Bye Birdie The Music Man, Mulan, The Jungle Book, jr. and many more.

Wilfred Paloma
Choreographer
Wilfred is a proud Actors’ Equity member with a M.A. in Theatre Arts from San Diego State University where he holds a B.A. in Theatre Performance: Acting and Musical Theatre, & is a graduate of the MCIT Acting Studio. In addition to Young Actors' Theater, Wilfred is a teaching artist for the California Center of the Arts, Arts for Learning, La Jolla Playhouse, Playwright’s Project, JCompany, & San Diego Junior Theatre. This summer Wilfred is at Southwestern College as part of Y.E.S. Academy. Current Projects: Hunchback of Notre Dame at San Diego Junior Theatre & a staged reading of Lin-Manuel Miranda's Hamilton at JCompany. See Wilfred on stage at Scripps Ranch Theatre in May in a reading of Thorton Wilder's Our Town.
