Katie Wallace
Director/Choreographer
Katie Wallace is a San Diego based theatre director and choreographer. She has a passion for tap and contemporary dance which enriches her approach to storytelling. She has worked artistically with multiple theaters and studios across San Diego county but will always call Young Actors' Theatre her artistic home. She is the Corporate Relations Manager at La Jolla Playhouse by day and takes great pride in doing all she can to advance arts and culture in San Diego. Some of her favorite credits include: Junie B. Jones (YAT), Descendants (YAT), Guys & Dolls (WHHS), Thoroughly Modern Millie (CPH) and West Side Story (YAT).

Erin Vanderhyde
Music Director
Erin Vanderhyde is happy to return to YAT wearing a new hat. Shows with YAT Include Legally blonde, Footloose, Godspell, Jesus Christ Superstar but she may be remembered most for her role as Motormouth Maybelle in Hairspray. Erin is now a wife and mother of a two year-old named August. Erin still performs; most recently in Color Purple as Sophia/Church Lady at New Village Arts. She has also music directed a couple projects; Seussical Jr. at Trinity Theatre Company, and Finding Nemo Jr with Center Stage Productions. But she is really just starting to use that Music Degree she earned from SDSU. She has given voice coaching and group vocal coaching at Project Performer and Traveling Music. Alicia Campen
Stage Manager
Alicia Campen is excited to return to YAT and working on another Katie show. She grew up singing, acting and dancing and is passionate about sharing her love of theatre with the new generation. Alicia works as a corporate trainer and project manager for a tech company and in her spare time takes tap and jazz lessons and takes care of her three kids, one of which is in Beetlejuice! She hopes you enjoy the show!
