Stephanie Austin

as Penelope Pennywise

Stephanie Austin is a senior Musical Theatre major at the University of Tampa and is so excited to be back at MAD. Recently, she was ASM for UT’s production of Cabaret in November of 2023. She was also seen in MAD Theatre of Tampa's The Prom as featured ensemble in August of 2023. She is grateful and ecstatic to bring one of her dream roles to life!
Joaquin Bermudez

as Officer Lockstock

Joaquin is very excited to be a part of Urinetown with MAD theatre, after appearing in The Prom (Nick). Recently seen in Lab Theatre's Zombie Beach: Musical (Johnny Punch), New Tampa Player's Ember (Wrath) to name a few. He loves performing to always give the audience a great experience! Madison Bradley

as Little Becky Two-Shoes

Madison is a PA native who moved to Florida for the sunshine in 2015. She teaches English & Theatre at Booker High School. Madison was recently seen in Rent (Joanne), Titanic (Alice), and Cinderella (Charlotte) at Manatee Performing Arts Center in Bradenton. She is thrilled to be making her debut with MAD Theatre and would like to thank Cory for this wonderful opportunity.
Angel Borths

as Josephine "Ma" Strong

Angel Borths is a HCPS theatre arts educator who has been teaching longer than her students have been alive. She holds a B.A. in Theatre (FSU), a M.A.T. in Theatre (USC), and a M.Ed. degree in Ed. Leadership (UWF). She has worked for Florida Studio Theatre, American Stage, and the Sarasota Opera. For over 10 years she performed with the Tampa Improv Comedy Troupe, Nine and Numb. Mostly recently, she appeared as the Bandleader in The Best Little Whorehouse in Texas for Plant City Entertainment.
Jo Chandler

as Robby the Stockfish

Jo Chandler is back at MAD Theatre of Tampa!! They were in last summer's production of The Prom (Godspell/Ensemble) and are back for more as Robby the Stockfish in this production of Urinetown. Since the second grade, Jo has been in over 24 shows and is most excited for Urinetown! Welcome back Jo!
