  • ANDREW ARCAND head shot

    ANDREW ARCAND

    as Sweeney Todd

is thrilled to be in his second show in his adult life with OnStage Uxbridge in Sweeney Todd. He is humbled to have the opportunity of a lifetime to sing the incredible music of Stephen Sondheim with this talented ensemble and production team. Previous credits include RENT (Ensemble/Squeegee Guy/Mr. J, OnStage Uxbridge), Oliver! (Orphan, Eastview PS), Bye Bye Birdie (Albert, Eastview PS), Lil Abner (Abner, Eastview PS), Nabucco (Ensemble, Opera Hamilton). He is grateful to his family Swylie, Henry, Samuel and Betty for enabling him to take on this iconic role, and his work family at Markham Stouffville Hospital’s ED for covering him during this commitment. For anyone interested, he will provide, without a penny’s charge, the closest shave you will ever know.

  • ZACHARY DERRY head shot

    ZACHARY DERRY

    as Anthony Hope

Zachary is very excited to make his stage debut in OnStage Uxbridge’s production of Sweeney Todd. Zachary is keen on exploring new and diverse roles on stage and seeking new experiences in theatre. When Zachary is not singing and dancing on stage, he enjoys playing games, watching musicals with friends, exercising and listening to music. Zachary would like to thank his family and friends for supporting him in this opportunity as he performs for his first time on stage since high school.

  • MELINDA DELORME head shot

    MELINDA DELORME

    as Mrs. Nellie Lovett

is pleased to be joining OnStage Uxbridge for the third time, and very excited to have the opportunity to explore Lovett with such a talented team. In another lifetime, Melinda was an operatic soprano singing both concert and operatic repertoire in her native Canada and abroad. In the years since, Melinda has pursued a career in education with the YCDSB. If she isn't in the classroom or on the stage, Melinda can be found spending time with the most amazing family and friends a person could have, at the cottage, or hanging out with her well loved, but poorly behaved dogs.
