This production of WIZARD OF OZ YPE is the 40th musical theater production at PACS. Our first show - Annie, Jr. - was presented with a combination of faculty and student performers, kindergarten to 8th grade, at Washignton HS in the spring of 2000.
Over the next few years we performed at Farrell Elementary and Baldi Middle School before finding our way to the theatre at the Klein Center. In 2004, we split the production into two grade levels, one for primary students, and the other for students in 3-8 grades.
Wizard of OZ marks the sixth year we have included our talented high school students in the production. This show includes over 80 students on and off stage in grades 5 -12. Our fall production, Lion King KIDS involved more than 90 students grades 2-4, and helpers 5th grade and higher.
We are simply estatic to be back on an actual stage for the first time in 4 years!!
