The Beacon School

 Who's Who

  • Willa Grace Moore head shot

    Willa Grace Moore

    as Marianna

(Junior) is so excited to be taking part in her second B’DAT production. She previously acted in The Last Days of Judas Iscariot and in Lally’s production class. She feels so lucky to be able to work with such an amazing cast. Willa is passing as someone who bicycles because she is actually someone who prefers unicycling.

  • Caleb Featherstone head shot

    Caleb Featherstone

    as Mr. Venus

(Senior) is excited for this production of Passing Strange. Previously B’DAT productions: The Who’s Tommy, Machinal, As You Like It, The Light in the Piazza and The Last Days of Judas Iscariot, in addition to all the choir shows inbetween. Caleb is grateful for theatre because it is where he arts freely. Caleb is passing as the weird, smart guy and will continue making art at Vassar next year.

  • Sarah Kristen Vasquez head shot

    Sarah Kristen Vasquez

    as Renata Holiday/ Stewardess

(Junior) has been involved in B’DAT since she was an itty bitty freshman. In her time here she has acted in productions, sang in choir shows, and assistant directed the choir and freshman project. This club has completed her high school experience and she wouldn’t trade her experiences here for the world. She is passing as a composed and confident young girl.

  • Shamaar Samuel head shot

    Shamaar Samuel

    as Rev. Jones

(Junior) thrilled to work on this project, making his B'DAT debut. He’s always loved the arts was, accepted to PPAS, but chose Beacon’s small black box because it felt REAL. Shaamar enjoys dancing, watching documentaries, and animals. Shaamar is passing for the “Innocent Kid”.

  • Lilly Capstick head shot

    Lilly Capstick

    as Sudabey/ Stewardess

Lily Capstick (Sudabey) is very happy to be here. Lily is a Senior, so this is (sadly) her last production on the Beacon stage. You may have seen her previously getting her devil on as Satan in The Last Days of Judas Iscariot or as a wee Freshman in The Who's Tommy. Outside of Beacon, Lily has played Feste in Twelfth Night. Lily is passing for silly, when she’s actually strange.
