  • Reid Watson

    Director

    is a NYC-based theatre artist. He earned his BFA in Musical Theatre from Syracuse University. He is a YoungArts Winner in Theater through the National Foundation for Advancement in the Arts, selected out of thousands. Reid has staged productions of Xanadu, Seussical, A Year with Frog and Toad, Little Women, School House Rock, Legally Blonde, and more. As a performer, he has performed in over one hundred musicals at Maine State Music Theatre, Syracuse Stage, Fracture Theatre Company, Virginia Samford Theatre, Red Mountain Theatre Company, and more. He can be seen on HBO in Master Class with Patti LuPone. Most recently, he played Fipp in the off-broadway revival of Urinetown at the American Theatre of Actors. This summer, he is looking forward to directing Into the Woods. He is thankful to have an artistic home at 87Afterschool.

  • Dominick Matsko

    Music Director

    holds a Masters of Music in Vocal Performance from Boston University and a Bachelors of Music in Vocal Performance from West Chester University of Pennsylvania. His music directing credits include Seussical the Musical, Les Misérables, Hairspray, Guys & Dolls, and West Side Story. While at West Chester University, DJ also music directed the 2013 Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS Benefit presented by the University Theater and Dance Department. Aside from music directing, DJ performs as a soloist and choral singer. He is thrilled to be joining the 87Afterschool team to work with such talented students and their supportive families.
