Alton High School Musical Theatre History
Alton High School has the distinct honor of being the only Illinois high school to continuously perform a musical every year since 1963. Our Thespian Troupe 126 is the oldest high school troupe in Illinois, established in May 1932 with 8 founding members. Thank you to the many directors and students who have participated over the years.
