Technical Theatre Designers – Spring Semester 2023

Students were tasked with designing and creating props for the ASD production of The Addams Family young@part.  After analyzing the script and determining the tone and visual palette of the show, they went to the drawing board and brainstormed ideas.  Combining research, multiple sketches, prototypes, and input from the show's director they set about creating their initial designs.  After another round of feedback from their peers, the director, and their teacher - a final design was refined and produced for the stage.  The most daunting part of the project - the deadline of opening night!!  Well done young designers!
