Morgan Sprouse
as Gertrude McFuzz
Morgan Sprouse is a junior at BHS and has previously worked on BHS productions of Charlotte’s Web, Narnia, Barnum, Elephant’s Graveyard, Elf, and Get Smart. She is currently serving as the president of Troupe 7549. Morgan is a member of the Rustic Mechanicals Shakespeare Apprentice Troupe at the VTC. She has also appeared in productions with Act 2 Theater and Fairmont State University’s Academy for the Arts. She is in the BHS marching and symphonic bands, BHS Frontline, and takes vocal training at Pam’s Musical Studio. Morgan competed in the 2021 WV Poetry Out Loud Competition, participated in the HOBY WV leadership seminar, WV Governor’s School for the Arts, and the VTC’s Montani Cantanti Summer Musical Theatre Intensive Program. She is a member of Bridgeport United Methodist Church and Bridgeport 4-H. She is the daughter of Bart Sprouse and Jennifer Kniceley Sprouse.

Maizze Christie
as Mayzie LaBird
Maizze Christie, a senior at Bridgeport High School, is pleased to be the part of Mayzie La Bird. Previously, Maizze was Ballerina Girl in The Elephant’s Graveyard and the Assistant Choreographer for the BHS production of ELF. Maizze has appeared in BHS Theatre’s Narnia, Fairmont State University’s production of Into the Woods, The Act 2 Theatre Company’s one act plays 30 Horrible Catastrophes of Middle School, The Emperor’s New Clothes and Highly Theatrical Terms. She has been singing for over 10 years, has been a member of multiple choirs, was a finalist in BMS Idol and continues to take professional voice lessons. Maizze is active in the BUMC Youth Group and BHS Drug Free Club and looks forward to continuing to express herself through the arts.

Lilly Smart
as Sour Kangaroo
Lilly is 14 years old and in the 9 th grade at Bridgeport High School. She is thrilled to be a part of this year’s production of Suessical The Musical . Lilly performs with and is a student of Vintage Theatre Company, Fairmomt Academy of the Arts and studies voice with Joshua Stubbs. When Lilly is not performing she enjoys drawing, running and spending time with family.
