Brian Crook
Director
Brian is thrilled to make his Fairfield Center Stage directorial debut with this production of Dreamgirls. He teaches choir and theatre by day and regularly directs and performs. Some favorite directing credits include; A Raisin in the Sun, How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying, The Wizard of Oz (RSC version) and Seussical, the Musical. Brian most recently appeared in the FCS productions of A Christmas Carol and the benefit concert, Onward and Upward. He is honored to be able to work with such enormous talent, both on and off the stage! He would like to thank his mother for being his biggest cheerleader and his incredibly supportive friends.

Eli Newsom
Music Director
Along with running the day-to-day operations for Fairfield Center Stage, Eli staffs and supports all of the production teams throughout the season. He is the former Producing Artistic Director of both Downtown Cabaret Main Stage Theatre (2015-2018) and Bridgeport Theatre Company (2010-2015), where he produced approximately 40 shows. He served as Director at Fairfield Teen Theatre for the past seven years, and he works as a Music Director for various Fairfield county school productions throughout the year. Eli is a proud resident of downtown Fairfield with his wife Christy, son Carlson John, and two dogs.

Emily Frangipane
Choreographer
Emily holds a B.F.A in Dance from Emerson College. Performing credits include RENT, A Chorus Line and the National Tour of Jesus Christ Superstar. Currently she choreographs for High Schools, Dance Companies and Community Theatres in the area. Choreography includes American Idiot, Evita, In The Heights, Spring Awakening, Sweet Charity and Priscilla Queen of the Desert. Emily is so honored to be a part of the brand new Fairfield Center Stage!
