When I could not get funding anywhere, I went door to door looking for a venue. Dawn Chapman of Lazy Daisy's Cafe opened her doors, then a mattress store for the preview: thanks to Essentia (Paul Branch).
All my gratitude to La Muse Venale Theatre Productions (Alan Baxter & Mike Strozier), who gave me a chance in October 2012 and produced Life as a Pomegranate for the first time in NYC.
