Simon deGrieff (Prince, Boy, Stranger, Father of Seven Sons) Simon De Greiff is a sophomore at Bronxville High School. He has lived all over the world in places like the U.S., Italy and Spain. He has been interested and involved in filming, editing but most importantly acting, since a very young age. At the age of 8, he enrolled in an acting course/academy where he attended 3 times a week for 2 years. Right after those 2 years, for 1 year he took a mime course, taught by a student of the famous French mime/actor Marcel Marceau. He's been in numerous plays at his schools both in Italy and Spain. The Secret in the Wings will be Simon's first play at Bronxville High School, and to keep it short, he's extremely excited! Finally, Simon would like to thank the entire cast, for accepting him and making him feel welcome and helping him adapt to this change!
Ella Crawford (Allerleira Companion) Ella Crawford is (finally) a senior this year. Being in the musicals since 5th grade at school, along with after school programs, theater has become a big part of her life. Her favorite shows include, Hercules Jr., 13, Fiddler On The Roof, Almost Maine, and Little Shop Of Horrors. Although she has been apart of other productions, including those at Bucks Rock Creative and Performing Arts Camp, she has never experienced a more amazing program with an encouraging cast and hard working crew. With the direction of Mr. Cross, all is well. Thank you everyone for making Bronxville High School’s theater program the most memorable.
Esther Devitt (Mother, Allerleira Companion) Esther Devitt is a senior at Bronxville High School, and is so excited to be a part of the cast of The Secret In The Wings. She has been apart of the school musicals since 6th grade, her favorite shows have been Fiddler On The Roof, 9 to 5, The Addams Family, Almost, Maine, Little Shop of Horrors, and of course The Secret in the Wings. This is her second play at the school and cannot thank the wonderful cast, Mr. Cross, Gabby, Isabel and the whole crew enough for helping put together an amazing production. This has been such a wonderful experience and she is going to miss participating in the plays and musicals when she graduates.
Sofia Fenner (Queen, Singer, Daughter, Ensemble) Sofia Fenner is a senior this year. She absolutely loves being a part of the theater community in Bronxville, which has become an extended family to her. She is the recipient of last year’s Wendy Ruhm Theatre Award after having done eight shows. The Secret in the Wings is Sofia’s ninth Bronxville production, and she has had an amazing time working with the cast and crew to bring this show to you. She is so sad to be leaving, but wishes the best of luck to her fellow actors! She would like to thank Mr. Cross for directing this incredible play and the rest of the production for making this such a memorable experience. Congratulations to everyone!
Brooke Kaye (Daughter, Dancer, Ensemble) Brooke Kaye is a 9th grade student at the Bronxville school. Brooke was born in Virginia but moved to Bronxville when she was 4 months old. Brooke Kaye has been in the Bronxville Schools since Kindergarten. Brooke has two older sisters and a dog. She enjoys reading and writing. She also plays the violin.
Maggie Krieg (Allerleira) Maggie Krieg is a 10th grader this year. This is her first time doing the fall play since elementary school and is enjoying it very much. She has been acting on and off since the 3rd grade inside and out of school, and has loved it for many years. She can't thank Mr. Cross and fellow castmates enough for such an enjoyable time putting on the play! Good luck and congratulations everyone!!
