    Works as an Artist-in-Residence NAC & SAF, produces & designs the www.carsoncityghostwalk.com. Commissions include solo shows & duets with NAMI, & Nevada Museum Of Art. Her Dorothy Parker won Best of The SF Fringe. Other gigs include:  B Street Theater, Reno Phil, Reno Jazz Orchestra, SNB, GLM, Lake Tahoe Shakespeare Festival, film projects and 10x winner of “Best Actor” in RNR. Training: ACT, BATS, UCB, Dell’Arte International Theatre Company, New York Stage & Film.

    DAVID SIMPSON

    TECHNICAL DIRECTOR/LIGHT & SOUND DESIGNER

    born in Reno, Hug High School graduate, learned the art of photography during five years in the Navy as a Photographer's Mate aboard the U.S.S. Constellation. In the early 90's he was introduced to theatre in Modesto, CA and has been involved since “sometimes immersed in it, sometimes not [with] various duties, a few roles, numerous venues, a lot of shows.” At Brüka, Dave brings stage productions to life through his lighting and sound expertise. Artists  and audiences throughout the region have benefited from his tireless work ethic and attention to detail when building a world on stage with sight and sound.

    OPERATIONS DIRECTOR/BOX OFFICE MANAGER/DIRECTOR

    Received her MFA from Columbia University and has acted in more than sixty plays, most notably at La MaMa E.T.C., SoHo Rep., The Neighborhood Playhouse and two summers at Joseph Papp’s New York Shakespeare Festival.  Television and film credits include Law and Order and Law and Order: Criminal Intent. After moving to Reno in 2005, Holly has performed or directed at Brüka Theatre, Reno Little Theater, Good Luck Macbeth and TheatreWorks of Northern Nevada. Currently she teaches theater at Truckee Meadows Community College and is the Operations Director at Brüka Theatre-her theatrical home.
