Aaron Riddle (Dance Corps/ Policeman/ Kenneth the Butler) is so excited to be a part of CCT’s production of Thoroughly Modern Millie. He was just in Mary Poppins with CCT and has done three other Classical Academy musicals since 6th grade. His favorite was The Drowsy Chaperone. Theatre, school choir and clubs have provided many opportunities for Aaron and made a huge impact on his life. He would like to thank all the people that have been involved with him. He also thanks everyone on the CCT production team for everything they have done for this show. It’s been a privilege being able to be a part of this amazing cast and show.
Abriela Rodriguez (Cora/ Dance Corps) ^ is a freshman at Carlsbad High School where she is a proud member of Encore Adv. Women’s Show Choir. She has been involved with CCT since 6th grade. Some of her favorite roles with them include Wendy in Peter Pan Jr., Pugsley in Addams Family, a Featured Dancer in Mary Poppins and Beauty and the Beast, and the Little Ogre in Shrek Jr. Abriela was also in CYT’s High School Musical as Kratnoff and VMS’s Legally Blonde as Brooke Wyndham. She has loved being a part of this hugely talented cast and would like to thank Myles, Eloy, Kathryn and all of her cast mates for making this a show she will never forget.
Alexander Dennehy (Ching Ho) is 15 years old and in 10th grade at Carlsbad High School. His last musical was Singing in the Rain, where he played the Broadway Host. Alexander is a member of Sound Express, Carlsbad High School’s Show Choir. He also competes in and helps teach martial arts. Alexander would like to thank his mom, Aida, and brother, Andrew, for putting up with his hours of practicing Mandarin. He would like to thank Dev for being a guide through the mist, and director, Myles, for giving him the chance to perform with CCT.
Alexandria Marcone (Alice/ Dance Corps) age 16, is so pleased to be in her first show with CCT, although she’s been acting since the age of 6. She fell in love with the family atmosphere she feels when she’s with the talented Millie cast! It is because of theatre, that Allie wakes up everyday and keeps going. She’s just finished her role as Little Inez in MVHS’s Hairspray and Young Fiona in Shrek and is excited to jump into Millie to continue being a part of amazing shows. A special thank you to Myles, Eloy, Kathryn, Nathan, and the entire production team for giving her a shot and believing in her even when she didn’t. This show wouldn’t be anything without them. So please sit down, relax, and enjoy a show to remember.
Amanda Abler (Featured Dancer) is very excited to be performing in Thoroughly Modern Millie. Some of her favorite productions she has appeared in are Beauty and the Beast, The Addams Family, Hairspray, Bye Bye Birdie, and The Music Man. Amanda is a junior at Classical Academy High School. She loves to dance, sing, and act in her free time. Amanda thanks her family and friends for all their support and the creative team for casting her in this production. Enjoy the show!
Asher Jacobsen (Dance Corps) is a sophomore at Carlsbad High School. This is his first debut with CCT and he is excited to be a part of the male Dance Corps. Asher has been on stage as Don Lockwood in Singing in the Rain with AOMS and as a member of CHS varsity show choir Sound Express. Asher loves music, spending time with friends at the beach and hiking in the mountains. He would like to thank Millie’s creative team for giving him the opportunity to work with them and to his father for always supporting his dreams.
