Production Stage Manager

is a senior and has been involved in seven major productions at Cary High. She would like to thank the cast for all the hard work they have put in. She would also like to thank Mrs. McCormick, Mr. Yasick, Ms. Foster, and Ms. Spakes for putting the whole show together and their patience.
Abby Foster

Choreographer

has had the absolute honor of helping choreograph for CHS productions of Once Upon a Mattress, Grease, and Into the Woods. Ever since student teaching with Mrs. McCormick in fall 2015, CHS has felt like home to me. I look forward to every day I get to come and hear: "YEAH Ms. Foster!" Thank you Mrs. McCormick & Mr. Yasick for allowing me to better my profession at one of the best schools around!
Kristin McCormick

Director

A Meredith College Grad, this is Kristin's 15th show here at Cary High School. She is excited to have spent the last 7 of her 14 years of teaching here at Cary. She was CHS teacher of the year & was a TOP 12 finalist in the County in 2011-2012. She has previously taught drama K-12 around North Carolina and Georgia. She would like to thank her amazing professional team of Abby Foster and Ed Yasick!
Edward Yasick

Musical Director

is the Choral Director/Fine Arts Chair at Cary High. He teaches chorus, AP music theory and manages the fine arts department. His ensembles consistently earn Superior ratings at state festivals. He holds a Master of Music Ed. degree from UNCG and a BS in Music Ed. degree from Indiana University of Pa. and has done doctoral work at Boston University. In 2002, he was among the first group of educators to earn National Board Certification in Early Adolescence/Young Adult Music and renewed certification in 2011. He is also the Director of Music at Cary Presbyterian Church and an adjunct music professor for Central Carolina Community College. He was named CHS Teacher of the Year in 2008-2009. In May 2003, he received the Excellence in Music/Arts/Drama Award from the Cary Chamber of Commerce. He has served as NCMEA HS Choral Section Chair from 2014-2016, Choral Activities Chair from 2006-2013 and District East #1 HS Large Choral Festival Chair from 2002-2013.
