    Armando Acevedo is very happy to make his City Theatre debut with the company of "La Gringa." The Miami native has performed in regional theatre throughout Florida and played hapless doctors, lawyers, and thieves on Telemundo and Univision. He has worked as an acting coach for WWE NXT wrestlers and travels abroad every summer leading family tours. He received his theatre degree from the California Institute of the Arts and is a proud member of Actors’ Equity Association.

    Emily Garcia Carrerou graduated from NWSA, where she completed a BFA in acting. Her credits include Helena in A Midsummer Night's Dream, Raymonde in A Flea in Her Ear, and Nurse Flinn in One Flew Over The Cuckoo’s Nest. She loves to sing, dance, and travel with her Cuban/Argentinian family. Emily is excited to work with City Theatre to bring Rivera's La Gringa to life!

Screen: Burn Notice, Hoke, Reefa. Carlos holds an MFA in Acting from Carnegie Mellon University and the Moscow Art Theatre. He serves as Director of GulliverPrep’s Middle School Theatre Program.

    Talita Real has an international career in entertainment spanning television, Broadway shows, and the commercial music industry. She has held positions as a singer and judge on reality television while also appearing in roles such as “Elphaba” in Wicked and "Mrs. Teavee" in Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. In the US she played “Donna” in Mamma Mia! At a FL regional theatre. “As a Miami local, I am so excited and thankful to be part of the “La Gringa” at the beautiful Adrianne Arsh Center! I am blessed to be able to live my life telling important stories that I believe can help people reflect, forgive, or maybe forget, even for a few hours, their everyday worries.”
