as Dorothy

Jeanne Lubika, Freshman, is super excited to be performing in her first lead role as Dorothy in The Wiz. She hasn't done too many musicals but the ones she's been in have taught her so much. She is so grateful to Meyers, Vaneck, for trusting her with this role, but most of all her family because they have had faith in everything she does not only acting but school andmusic
Ricky Cardenas

as Tinman

Ricky Cardenas is a junior this year and is very excited to be participating in his 4th show with Chstage. He has recently appeared as Pugsley Addams in the Addams Family, Piraguero in In the Heights, and a Specialty Dancer in Shrek! He also won a cappie award for Best Featured Actor! Ricky would like to thank his family and friends for all the support and love:)
Nelson Chen

as Lion

Nelson Chen, junior, is extremely excited to be a part of The Wiz this year. Throughout Nelson's high school career, he has been a member of chstage since his first year at this school. In the past, Nelson has performed with such talented people and is immensely thankful for everyone who put endless amount of effort into this show and the programs talented director.
Nema Kebbeh

as Scarecrow

Nema Kebbeh , Senior , is exited to be in his first production and first lead role ever. Nema thanks his parents for being as supportive as they can and letting him pursue his passion and is very grateful for his director, Michelle Meyer for giving him this chance.
Ydiany Quiroz

as The Wiz

Ydiany Quiroz, junior, is excited to be performing her first leading role as the wiz in The Wizard of Oz. She has also appeared in chstage’s production of Shrek the musical. She would like to thank her loving and supportive family and friends.
