Jude Knight

as Muriel

Jude is a rising 9th grader at Minnehaha Academy. This is his third year at Curtain Up. Some of Jude’s past roles include Lefou in Beauty and the Beast, and Michael Banks in Mary Poppins. When off the stage, Jude enjoys playing piano, going on runs, and playing baseball. If he were to end up in a newspaper, it would be for stealing Alex Salo’s phone to write this bio.
Meta Calvin

as Race

Meta is a rising 8th grader. This is her second year with Curtain Up, and she loves it so much! She loves to sing, play piano, play with her dog, and hang out with friends. If she were in a newspaper, it would be for a crime she’d committed: she kidnapped all the squirrels in her neighborhood and trained them to be in her army. An army that defeats Leah Wasson.
Zachary Olson

as Albert

Zachary is a rising 8th grader! This is his first year at Curtain Up! His favorite role he has ever played was Ursula in Little Mermaid Jr. If he were in the newspaper, it would probably be for something for musical theatre!
Matia Ruiters

as Romeo

Matia is a rising 8th grader. This is her first year of curtain up :) This is her seventh production at Minnehaha, and she likes to draw and have a good time. If she were to end up in the newspaper, it would be for being too cool for school.
Addy Rein

as Pigtails

Addy is a rising 9th grader. This is her second year at Curtain Up. She enjoys dancing, crocheting, and all things music. Her favorite production was Beauty and the Beast at Curtain Up last year. If she were in the newspaper, it would be for knowing all of the choreography for “What Makes You Beautiful” on Just Dance.
