Grupo Folklorico Magnifico is an after-school club at MacArthur High School that studies Mexican Ballet Folklorico, Latin Dance and Flamenco.  Established in 2007, we have proudly rpresented our school and our community at performances all over San Antonio including Fiesta, Muertosfest, Cinco de Mayo, Diez y Seis de Septiembre, World Language Tour, San Antonio River Walk and at our community seasonal festivals and more. We are the only high school ballet folklorico program in our district.  We have brought home accolades and awards from our annual competitions including Festivales de Mexico, Bailes de Mi Tierra and Competencia Folklorica de Tejas.   But in our hearts, we are all about our community and our art.  As our motto says, "A todo lo que hagas, ponle corazon!" We welcome you to come to our next show, or better yet, come dance with us!!
