Justin Spooner (Director)

Justin Spooner (Co-Artistic Director) Justin is a theatre teacher director and designer. He has created a number of original productions with long-term collaborator Peter Lincoln Rusk, and his work has been seen at Open Eye Figure Theatre, Bedlam Theatre, and The Children’s Theatre Company among others. Justin taught for 10 years at the Saint Paul Conservatory for Performing Artists, where he was the co-chair of the theatre department. Justin holds an M.Ed. and B.A. in Theatre Arts from the University of Minnesota and is an alumnus of the Abandoned Practices Institute through the School of the Art Institute Chicago.
Kourtnee Baukol (Costume, Hair & Makeup Designer)

Kourtnee Baukol holds a Bach of Science in Family Social Science and a MA in Education from the University of MN-Twin Cities. At the U, she spent 3 years as a Dance Major in their Dance and Theater program. She has been dancing since she was 2 years old and has spent her life performing in many theater productions in Rochester, MN and the Twin Cities. This is Kourtnee's second season as Costume Director with EHS Thespians! She would like to thank her AMAZING crew for their designs, creativity, hard work and fun! When she isn't here, she spends time with her two children, Cam and Bode, and a wonderful partner, Joe, who she is eternally grateful for as he keeps things running smoothly while mommy plays dress up.
