    Executive Producer/Director

    was born and raised in Chattanooga, TN. He first discovered his love of the performing arts as a member of the Chattanooga Boys Choir. In 2005 he co-founded his own community theater group, producing shows at both Ringgold’s Colonnade Theater and Chattanooga’s Tivoli Theater, where he served as Executive Director until summer 2010. Theatrical credits include The Wizard of Oz, It’s A Wonderful Life, Seven Brides for Seven Brothers, Father of the Bride, What If…, and The Lion, The Witch, and The Wardrobe, among others. Producing/Directing credits include The Magician’s Nephew, The Importance of Being Earnest, Peter Pan, The Odd Couple, Rodgers and Hammerstein’s Cinderella, HONK! (twice,) The Secret Garden, Oliver! (three times,) Disney’s High School Musical, Cinderella the Enhanced Edition, Peter Pan the Musical and Little Women.     is an experienced Musical Director from the UK – where he has worked with dozens of musical theater companies in over 70 shows. Some of the highlights include: Jesus Christ Superstar (Chadsmoor Choral Society); Hair (Backstreet Theatre Company); Oliver! (Prince Of Wales Youth Theatre); Bugsy Malone (Children’s Theatre Co.); Little Shop Of Horrors (Ambient Night Productions) and; Aladdin (BBC Stoke). During the two decades of working as a Musical Director, Richard has also performed in several rock bands. These include fronting an Elton John tribute act, Rocketman, and the locally acclaimed cover band, Indiana Elmo. Whilst most comfortable on piano, Richard also has vocal and guitar training. Richard is a Performing Arts graduate of Stafford College, and also has a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Wolverhampton (England). Outside of the theater and live music scene, he is a trained High School teacher and qualified journalist.
