    Lady Margaret is Rayanna's debut role with the Garfield Shakespeare Company. We are excited to have her join us!

    Tess Smith is excited to once again join the Garfield Shakespeare Company. She has enjoyed previous roles with GSC such as Harker in Dracula, Sir Andrew in Twelfth Night, Gwendolyn in The Importance of Being Earnest, and Claudio in Much Ado About Nothing. Delighted to once again enter the wonderful world of William Shakespeare, she hopes you enjoy the show! She would like to thank her family, partner, and friends for their continued encouragement and support.

    Derrick can think of no better way to celebrate his first year with Garfield Shakespeare Company. He debuted last year as Renfield in Dracula (his favorite role) followed by the Porter and 2nd Murderer in Macb....er, the Scottish Play. Prior to that he did multiple Shakespeare productions for Monroe County Civic Theatre including Stefano in The Tempest, Falstaff in Merry Wives Of Windsor and Banquo in Macb...er, the Scottish Play. Derrick would also like to give a shout-out to his supportive wife. "A Kim! A Kim! My kingdom for a Kim!"

  • Hans Cummings (he/him) head shot

    Hans Cummings (he/him)

    as Clarence / Archbishop of York / Scrivner / Sheriff

    Hans is an Indianapolis-based voice actor and brings myriad experiences to his acting and writing projects. He’s usually the “fun uncle,” “reasonable authority figure,” and “befuddled academic” type, but also specializes in high fantasy, science-fiction, and snark. He is currently appearing as the Judge in "The Jury Experience," Zynamondan in the "I Should Roll" actual play podcast, and has previously performed with GSC in last year's production of The Scottish Play as King Duncan and the two Doctors.
