Lindsey Garcia Marquez(Crew) is thrilled to be returning for their second year with the musical crew! As a valued member of the set crew, they are once again enjoying the hands-on work of creating the show's environment and are delighted to be a part of another musical.
Jayleen Giraldo (Children's Entertainer/Ensemble) is a senior in their final GCHS musical, Matilda. Previous credits include Putnam, Sister Act, Anastasia, and Our Town. They thank Mrs. Stovall, Mrs. Warga, supportive upperclassmen, and send love to their best friends, partner, and family. "Te quiero mucho, mi familia <3."
Ryenne Hansen (Little Kid Ensemble) is excited to be a part of GCHS’s production of Matilda.
Rhiana Hammond (Crew) is excited to be a first-year member of the crew for this musical. They have found working on both run crew and set to be a very enjoyable experience.
Madison Hebb ( Stage Manager) is proud to serve as Stage Manager for Matilda. Past credits include SM for Big Fish and crew for Anastasia, alongside many class productions. Jackson Hickey (Spotlight) is delighted to be part of this production! He is passionate about contributing to visual storytelling by ensuring each performer is highlighted at the right moment. Jackson would like to thank the cast, crew, and directors for their immense hard work and dedication to making this show a success!
Addison Hurley (Miss Honey) is thrilled to be a part of Matilda. Her previous credits include Heathers (Martha Dunnstock), Big Fish (Jenny Hill), and Anastasia (Tatiana Romanov). She would like to thank her family, friends, parents, Mrs. Stovall, and Mr. Dimmick for their support.
Emerson (Nigel) is thrilled to return to the GCHS stage for his second show, after playing Young Will in Big Fish last year. His previous credits include Jungle Book, Frozen, and Finding Nemo. A 6th grader at Mac Williams, he plays tuba and runs track. Thanks to Mrs. Stovall, Mr. Dimmick, and his sister Addy (Mrs. Honey). Love to his family!
McKenzie Jones (Little Kid Ensemble) is thrilled to be in her very first musical at GCHS! She also enjoys singing with the GCMS choir.
Kris Lane (Crew) a senior, is so happy to be a first-time member of the musical crew this year! This experience has genuinely made them happy, and they feel a great sense of accomplishment. They are so proud of everyone who helped make this show happen.
Ashton Leitz (Cook/Ensemble), a senior, has been involved in theatre since day one, starring in numerous productions, including this year's Dr. Experimentor. He is excited to finish his GCHS theatre career strong with Matilda and plans to continue theatre and writing in the future.
Ayneysia McIntosh (Big Kid Ensemble), a junior at GCHS, makes their GCHS debut in Matilda. They have previously been seen in Sister Act and Beauty and the Beast Jr. They would like to express their sincere thanks to Amy Stovall and Joshua Dimmick for this incredible opportunity, and a special shoutout to Marc De La Concha and Lisa Packer for the nudge that started it all!
Lanie Myrtle (Lavender/Ensemble) is thrilled to be in Matilda at GCHS! GCHS credits: Big Fish. Other credits include HanMarie's Joy Story, Heart of Christmas Show, and The Carolina Christmas Show. Lanie has trained in voice at HanMarie's since 2020 and has 13 years of competitive dance experience. She thanks her family, friends, God, Mrs. Stovall, Mr. Dimmick, and her teachers.
Evelyn O’Shaughnessy (Little Kid Ensemble) is so excited for her very first musical at GCHS! She enjoys singing as a chorus student at GCMS.
