Katie Tan
Student Assistant Director
Katie Tan is a senior at GNS and is both honored and delighted to be assistant directing this year’s musical. You may have seen her in “The Drowsy Chaperone,” “Is He Dead?” as Charlie/Inspector LeFaux, and “A Small World” as Stacy. Other past roles include assorted grumpy characters in “The Brother’s Grimm Spectaculathon” and supporting roles in “Removing the Glove” in 2013. She appeared in “Check, Please!” in 2012, as well as “Tommy” amid the zaniness of the hurricane that was Sandy. She would like to thank her parents for being so supportive in all that she does and the TS family for joining her in arousing chorus of singing, stomping, sarcasm, and general noise-making. She thanks them all—particularly Mr. Marr—for inspiring her always.
