  • Suzanne Bushong head shot

    Suzanne Bushong

    Director

Suzanne is a veteran of theater having performed for her first time in a ‘77 production of Brigadoon.  She has been in several productions including: Showboat, My Fair Lady, South Pacific, Oklahoma, and Rumors. Her favorite roles have been Beauty and the Beast (Salt), Arsenic and Old Lace (Aunt Abby), and You Can't Take it with You (Penny). She joined thee GCFAC board in ‘09, served as secretary for 2 years, and has been president for the past 6 years.  She loves meeting people, the closeness developed with fellow actors, and the lifelong friendships that evolve. Envisioning an idea in her mind and watching it become a full circle production is thrilling to Suzanne. Family and theater have gone hand-in-hand in her life. Her late husband, Jimmy, was her biggest supporter, and her theater family has been a great source of strength in his passing. She is an APRN at Burchfield Family Medical and is a resident of Paragould with her two sons, Logan and Jake.
