Hemlock High School Drama Club Mission Statement:
The Hemlock High School Drama Club is organized to entertain, enlighten, complement, criticize, and question our culture on the stage.
We exist to support one another and promote self-esteem and individual achievement through the dramatic and performing arts.
We accept all students for not only who they are, but for what they can do for one another.
Our mission is to bring about individual and social awareness and responsibility and to have fun doing it! We base our membership on volunteerism and find the rewards of membership self-affirming.
We encourage our audiences and each other to appreciate life through laughter and good company, avoid stereotypes and discrimination, and live a life of self-determination.
