Francis Tscheyka as Damian
Francis has been a student director for two years and decided to audition this year!! He is looking forward to his onstage debut and hopes to impress the audience with his talents. He would like to thank his friends, family, and teachers for their unwavering support and encouragement on his HMS journey. It has been filled with wonderful memories and growth.
Hailey Baker as Janis Sarkisian
Hailey is thrilled to be a part of Mean Girls Jr. She is very involved in theater and has played many roles such as Karen Plankton in Spongebob the Musical, Ancestor Bride in the Addams Family, and several other fun characters. She would like to thank her family and friends for supporting her during this process.
Ana Lucia Brown-Thomas as Cady Heron
Ana Lucia is so grateful and thrilled to be in Mean Girls Jr.! She previously performed as Sandy Cheeks in Spongebob and Pigtails in Newsies. She is also involved in Drama Club, Choir, and Vitality. She is grateful for her friends who have always supported her and her family who will always be there. Ana Lucia is also very excited to be in the show with her brother. Enjoy the show!
Sasha Stephanidis as Ms. Norbury
Sasha first performed on stage at the age of five in her piano recital. In addition to her musical studies, she took acting and improv classes. Her first big acting role was in Shakespeare’s “A Midsummer Night's Dream” as Hermia. Sasha is excited to be a part of Highland Middle School’s production of “Mean Girls Jr.” this year. She would like to thank her family for supporting her throughout her acting journey.
Dorothea Cesarone as Regina George
Dorothea is an 8th grader at HMS. This is her second performance at Highland and she is very excited. She has also played many roles such as Wednesday, Portia, Lucy, and Liz at Improv Playhouse. She looks forward to the show and she would like to thank her family, friends, and the directors at Highland.
Londyn Hardy as Gretchen Wieners
This is Londyn’s third musical at HMS. She really enjoys participating in the musicals-especially singing and connecting with others. She is grateful to be part of this show. Thank you to everyone supporting me!
Kaitlyn McLaren as Karen Smith
Kaitlyn is so excited to be performing. This is her third and final musical at Highland. She is in the choir and is a Junior Thespian. Kaitlyn hopes you enjoy her performance in her first lead role at Highland!
Nicholas Chalifoux as Aaron Samuels
Nicholas Chalifoux (Nick) has performed in 14 previous musicals and is excited to perform in his third Highland Middle School Musical. He runs cross country and plays volleyball in his free time. Nick also wants to thank the Highland Musical team and his family for their support.
Kensington Kiely as Ms. Duvall
Kensington (Kens) performed as Ms. Duvall in her first-ever Highland Musical! She plays travel soccer, participates in Hornet bowl, and is in Vitality. In her free time, Kens likes to read, write and hang with friends. Kens would like to thank her mom for encouraging her and supporting her.
Nazs Hall as Shane Oman/ Ensemble 2
Nazs is excited to be in this year’s musical! He loves seeing his friends at rehearsal and is grateful for all the fun memories being made. He thanks his friends and family for their support, and the HMS staff for helping him grow and flourish in the performing arts.
