The 4th Annual J. Percy Page One Act Festival - December 14 - December 16, 2016

J. Percy Page School

 End Notes

Thank you so much for attending the fourth annual J. Percy Page One Act Festival! This year's festival is our biggest yet, with six plays completely directed and designed by students. This year, for the first time, our One Act Festival will be sending two plays to compete in the Edmonton Zone 8 One Act Festival.

These students have put in a lot of work in a very short amount of time, and the breadth of work they have achieved is astounding. Whether it's the surreal, dense work of Never Swim Alone, the ability to create a fully-realized world with only two people on stage in Hotline, a completely student-written piece with Lights Off, a show with an actor playing a baby (in, not coincidentally, Baby), a recreation of every actor's nightmare in Take Five, or a recreation of the world's most terrible restaurant in Un Restaurant, these shows demonstrate the passion and effort of these incredible students.

Thank you again, and enjoy the show(s)!
