Hannah Hughes
as Sophie Sheridan: Donna's Daughter: Born and raised on the island
Hannah Hughes is a sophomore this year at JICHS. She played the role of Matilda last year in JICHS’s Matilda and most recently played the roles of Hodel in Fiddler On the Roof and Minnie Fay in Hello Dolly. She is very excited and extremely grateful to be performing in this role and her second show with the James Island Charter High School. This will be Hannah’s 10th show with many more to come, and she wouldn’t have it any other way. Hannah would like to thank her friends and family for supporting her in what she loves, as well as the JICHS chorus and theatre departments, and the James Island Players theatre group for encouraging her passion for musical theatre and the arts.

Skylar Jones
as Sophie Sheridan: Donna's Daughter: Born and raised on the island
Skylar Jones is a junior at James Island Charter High School and is a third year theater student.This is her second-year musical with the school. Last year she played Matilda in the musicalproduction of Matilda. She has been in several other musicals with various companies but lovesthis group of people the most. In addition to her theatrical life, Skylar is a highly devotedcompetition swimmer and an IB student. She would like to thank her friends and family for being so supportive. She would also like to thank her mom for being her personal chauffeur.

Sarah Brown
as Donna Sheridan: Sophie's mother
Sarah is ecstatic for her performance in Mamma Mia! She has been in previous shows such as Oliver as ensemble, The Music Man as ensemble, The Sound of Music as a nun, Alice in Wonderland Jr as Petunia, The Little Mermaid Jr as Scuttle, Peter Pan Jr as Noodle, and Matilda the Musical as Mrs.Wormwood and Lavender. Alongside her musicals she has also been in choir for 11 years, and hopes to continue in college. She would like to thank her family for always supporting her in all of what she does. Sarah would also like to thank Mr. Charles Bateman who has been her choir teacher for 6 years. Sarah hopes you enjoy the show!
