Though she cherishes every show she has done, her favorite roles include, Ado Annie in Oklahoma, The White Rabbit in Shrek, and Marmee in Little Women. She owes everything she is to the people who believe in her, her family, friends, teachers, her Savior, and the audience!

    Paul Warner

    as George Banks

Paul is honored to be playing George Banks. He fondly remembers acting out scenes from Mary Poppins at home with his daughter Emily when she was little, so he is overjoyed to be in this Journey production with her. You may have seen Paul last Summer as Lord Farquaad in Shrek the Musical! When he’s not demanding precision and order on Cherry Tree Lane, Paul is a teacher and school librarian.

Michelle is excited to finally be returning to the stage in her first Journey production. Some of her favorite previous roles include Annie in Annie, Cinderella in Into the Woods, Luisa in The Fantasticks and Adele in Mozart’s Die Flaudermaus. Michelle is grateful for the love and support of her husband John, and sons Andrew and Reid who give her the chance to be a real wife and mother every day

  • Ashley Kormanik head shot

    Ashley Kormanik

    as Jane

Ashley, an 11 year old 7th grader at King's Way Christian School, is ecstatic to be playing Jane Banks. She has been doing theater since she was 8 years old and is now on her 11th show. For her, it is always good to have family, friends and a cup of Starbucks tea by her side. She is glad that the Lord has guided her down this path and introduced her to many new people. Enjoy the show! 1 Timothy 4:
