Robb Rigg
Director
comes to us from a long history as a Theatre Director in LA and the OC. He possesses a Bachelor’s Degree in Theater Education from CSU, Fullerton and trained under the great educator, Dr. Sallie Mitchell who worked to develop the California State Standards for Theatre Education. While he was at CSU, Fullerton, Robb also received his Master’sDegree in Children’s Theatre with minors in criticism and dance. In public education, he is most known as the Founder/Artistic Director of the South Orange County School of the Arts (SOCSA) Program that he co-wrote for Capistrano Unified School District. He was, also, the first Theatre Director at San Juan Hills High School and opened the school before he retired from public education.

Erin Rettino
Musical/Assistant Director
Erin Rettino is a graduate from the University of Southern California's Thornton School of Music and has been working as a musical director and voice teacher for the past 17 years. Additionally, she has been a professional performer and studio singer since she was a child. Her past Musical Directing credits include Once On This Island, Into the Woods, The Little Mermaid, Peter and the Starcatcher, Godspell, and worked as the vocal coach on The Hunchback of Notre Dame. Little Women marks her 4th production at JSerra. Erin has recently returned back to school to get her formal teaching credential and Masters in Education from Brandman University. She is blessed to work with such talented hard-working students and congratulates the cast and crew on another job well done!

Victoria Champine
Stage Manager
Victoria could not be any more excited to stage manage her first production! As a sophomore, it has been a wild experience to stage manage, but she wouldn’t change it for the world. Although it was a last minute switch, Victoria was ready to jump in and take on this challenge. She is so grateful to have such an amazing family and incredible friends who always support her, and she is so proud of her Little Women family. Victoria hopes to grow as a stage manager, and cannot wait to see where the future takes her. Outside of theatre, she is on the JSerra Varsity Pep Squad! Enjoy the show!
