Hey there! Thanks for reading Shirel’s bio.

Whether she’s been stage managing or acting, Shirel has immensely enjoyed being part of six KYHS productions. She would like to thank Jill, her car, and Nili for the invaluable flying lessons and shared car rides. These four years have been an incredible experience for her and she hopes you enjoy the show! It’s “practically perfect!”

Galia Palmer ('20)

as Bert

Galia is super excited to be in this years play! In addition to theatre, her extra curriculars include music, art, and photography. She would like to give a big shoutout to Jill for her hard work and countless hours she has put in to make up the KYHS one woman ‘Drama Department’, as well as Lielle Lasko and Chani Kaminetsky for putting together this beautiful playbill and working behind the scenes to make all this happen. Denise Mann ('22)

as Jane Banks

Denise is a freshman at KYHS. She has performed in 4 shows at the Jewish Cultural Arts Theatre, as well as in the Beis Yaakov productions. She is thrilled to be playing the role of Jane Banks in this years production of Mary Poppins Jr.! Thank you to all of the cast and crew for all your hard work! Enjoy the show! 

Aliza Billet ('21)

as Michael Banks

Aliza Billet is a sophomore at KYHS and she is so excited for the opportunity to play Michael Banks in this year’s show, Mary Poppins. The stage is Aliza’s favorite place to be, and her favorite past roles are the Steward in Into the Woods and Chip in last year’s KYHS production, Beauty and the Beast. Aliza can’t wait for the show, and she hopes you enjoy it as much as she has enjoyed preparing for it. Thanks to the amazing cast for such a wonderful experience, and especially to Ms. Jill for being the absolute best!
