as Harry MacAfee, Understudy

(also Ensemble) This is Christian’s first production with the Jaguar Players. He is very excited and nervous about this upcoming play. When he is not playing Mr.MacAfee, he plays as a teen in the songs Telephone Hour and Healthy Normal American Boy. Christian is very honored he got into the play with all of these 8th graders.
Jacob Anderson

as Mayor

(also Trainman, Ensemble) Jacob is so excited for Bye Bye Birdie! In this play you shall see him as the Mayor, who has never really given a speech in his life except for when he ran for office. The only real thing exciting that has happened to this town is Conrad Birdie coming, so he has no idea how to react.
Samantha Artiaga

as Doris MacAfee, Understudy

(also Ensemble) Samantha is an 8th grader and is very excited to be in Bye Bye Birdie. Samantha has been in other performances with Jaguar Players and Panther Players. She played on the Varsity girls soccer team. Samantha would like to give a shout out to her family and how great they are.
Brian Askins

as Hugo Peabody

Brian is an 8th grader at Aprende, and this is his second production. He is currently the president of the National Junior Honors Society and a member of the Student Council. He has had a wonderful time working with his peers for this production. Brian would like to thank everyone who made his eighth grade year memorable.

(also Ensemble) Kyle is a 6th grader and this is his first production.
