 Acknowledgements

This production combined the unique and varied talents of over 70 students, staff, parents and community members. I would like to say a very special thank you to the following:

  • Everyone who voted "Yes for success."  The referendum has provided funds to our programs that help make the arts a priority.
  • This AMAZING community for your outstanding patronage!
  • Our awesome sponsors whose financial support paid for these playbills, costumes, scripts, props and scenery.
  • The incredible adminstrative staff of LBHS for their continued support, not only of this production, but the entire performing arts department.
  • Mr. Michael Henry for helping with all the technical aspects, always checking in with me, and giving me great advice.
  • The parents and teachers of the cast and crew for their cooperation and understanding of the huge time commitment necessary for the success of the production.
  • Every parent and student who put up posters, sold tickets and otherwise got the word out about the show.
  • Mr. Eyrich, LBHS band director, for sharing some of these talented students with me and for being flexible with scheduling and rehearsal space.
  • Mr. Nemes and the entire custodial staff for their tireless work and understanding of our long hours.
  • Mr. Scott Tingley for being a listening ear and a comic relief for me, and sharing sweet Mia Savannah with our cast!
  • Mrs. Dia Croyle, the bookkeeper, for putting up with seeing me several times a day for various reasons (both money related and otherwise).
  • Nikki Grudzinski, Stella & Irving Medina, Art & Heather Whitby, Lyndi & Andy Wickerson, Angela Sasser, Josh Lewis, Mr. & Mrs, Cronin, and Sue Johnson for all of your building, painting and crafting to make the set come together so beautifully!
  • Niki Chatham, Beckianne Parker, Heather Whitby, Kristen Grant, Michelle Hanson, Melissa Brzostek, Frank Friedman and all others who worked in the concession stand, lobby, and box office.
  • Kathy Parker for getting the ball rolling on the formation of our Theatre Guild.
  • Mr. Bill Olsen (Theatre Director at CHS) for allowing us to borrow and alter your gorgeous scenery peices and costumes
  • Miss Christine Kelly for being the best friend that I could ever ask for.  I can't begin to list everything you did to make sure this show happened... so thank you for EVERYTHING!
  • Theresa Ballard....MOM!  You worked tirelessly on these costumes, and they are beautiful beyond compare.  I know I could never afford the exquisiste work you have done, so THANK YOU so much! XOXO (and Dad, Joe Ballard, for putting up with the house being overtaken by "ghosts and cratchits" for the last several months.)  Love you both!
  • My dedicated husband, Derek, who supported me emotionally and mentally through this entire process.  Without you, we could not have pulled this off.  Thank you for picking up the slack and putting up with me!  I love you so much!
  • Everyone else, who, out of pure exhaustion I may have missed...THANK YOU!
