 Crew Who's Who

  • Chantel Crowley head shot

    Backstage

Daughter of Jill & Scott Crowley, Chantel Crowley is part of the backstage crew and vocals for “On the Willows.” A few of this freshman’s favorite things are the Shadowhunter Chronicles, the song “Made in America” by Toby Keith, and animals crackers (“Yes, I would pose for animal crackers, Ma”). Her favorite part of the show is the Trumpian scene that makes her laugh every time. Chantel’s most memorable moments were made trying to follow the “All for the Best” choreography backstage with Cadence and Kylynn. She would like the audience to know that she didn’t plan on being in the musical due to her introvertedness; however, she finds that being behind-the-scenes is a substitute for performing onstage. Chantel believes the audience will find the show very entertaining.

  • Cadence Freiburger head shot

    Backstage

Cadence Freiburger, daughter of Bob Freiburger & Nicci Supple, is currently a freshman at MV and works hard backstage. Her most memorable memory thus far has been trying to learn the choreography with Chantel and Kylynn backstage during practices. She’d like the audience to know that what led her backstage was a decision not to try out for an onstage part because the fun responsibility of making gears run behind the scenes was more drawing. Cadence believes the audience will be surprised by the casualness of the retelling of the parables and will go home with the songs stuck in their heads. This is the first drama production of her high school career and we’re glad she’s joined us.

  • Kylynn Clary head shot

    Backstage

Kylynn Clary, daughter of Tiffany & Jeremy Nelson is our senior backstage superstar, having been a part of the backstage crew for the past four years of drama productions. Kylynn’s favorite scenes are “All for the Best” and “Day by Day” due to the choreography. Her favorite scenes led to her most memorable moments pretending to know the dances backstage. Kylynn believes the audience will find the show, with it’s tremendous amount of dancing, very entertaining. Her favorite band is Gorillaz. After high school, Kylynn plans to go to NICC.
