  • Aiden Powell

    as Jesus

Aiden is a current senior here at Marian University majoring in Secondary Education and History with a Theatre Minor. You may have seen Aiden in past Marian University productions. He has played Pippin in PIPPIN, Billy Cane in Bright Star, and King Oberon in A Midsummer Night's Dream, and is playing Jesus in this production of Godspell. Aiden would like to thank the endless support of his family, girlfriend, creative team, crew, and God in making this show possible. Aiden has been a die-hard Godspell fan since grade school and is beyond thrilled to be performing it on stage. For him, It is truly a dream come true.

  • Simon Collins

    as Judas

I am a Senior at Marian University studying English and Biology. In the past, I have played Francis Flute in Midsummer Night’s Dream and Stanford in Bright Star here at Marian. A couple of my hobbies include playing Piano and Guitar. I would like to thank my parents, friends, and my girlfriend for the unwavering love and support they have given me through this past semester.

  • Jed Otterson

    as John

Jedediah Ottersen is a senior from Michigan City, Indiana who is double majoring in theatre and history (with a minor in education). This is Jed's 8th production at Marian University, where you may recognize him as Duke Vincentio in "Measure for Measure" (2021), King Charlemagne in "Pippin" (2022), Daddy Murphy in "Bright Star" (2023), or most recently Nick Bottom in "A Midsummer Night's Dream" (2023). He was also a proud director of The Point Theater's fall production of "Into the Woods Jr."   Special thanks to Joy Mills, Edan and Glenn Deroziere, Laura Baltz, Maggie Lengerich, Kerrington Shorter, Danielle Hartman, Kristopher Steege, and Ben Tebbe for taking me in and teaching me what it means to be a part of something meaningful. You have each held a significant role in defining me as an artist and as a human being and I could never thank you enough in a million years. Jed would like to dedicate this performance to Tiffany Sterling Powell.
