  • GREGG Gregg Steele Heppner head shot

    GREGG Gregg Steele Heppner

After nearly 40 years working in the music industry and the last 12+ with SiriusXM as Programming VP/GM, Gregg retired to South Carolina and promptly immersed himself in local arts. He’s acted on stage, has had roles in 7 films to date, is an active member of the Beaufort Film Society, serves as the newly appointed Executive Director of the Beaufort Arts Council, and in June he’ll be directing his first film (starring fellow cast member Joe Ogiony!) in which he wrote the screenplay and will also be serving as Executive Producer.

Gregg sends big thanks to family and friends for all their love and support, and especially to his girlfriend Kris, their cat Spike, and their Opossum named Munchie

Gregg's  favorite Shakespeare quote is: “All the world’s a stage, And all the men and women merely players; They have their exits and their entrances; And one man in his time plays many parts.” (As You Like It)

Christine Grefe is happy and grateful to be back on stage! An actor, director, stage manager, light board operator, Christine loves every aspect of theatre. Last seen at MRT as Mrs. Kate Keller in the Miracle Worker, Christine’s favorite MRT roles include Maggie in Cat on a Hot Tin Roof, Elvira in Blythe Spirit, and Liz (pop!) in Chicago. Other favorite roles include Kate in Sylvia, Bev/Kathy in Clybourne Park, Roz in Moon Over Buffalo, and Dolores in Same Time, Next Year. Shakespeare credits include Witch 2 and Lady MacDuff in Macbeth and Hippolyta in Midsummer Night’s Dream.

Christine’s favorite Shakespeare quote is:  “I love you with so much of my heart that there is nothing left to protest.” (Much Ado About Nothing), a true bucket list role.
